Cancellation Policy

Meet & Greet Booking Our introductory Meet & Greets are complimentary and available by appointment only. Meetings typically last 30–45 minutes and be held at your restaurant/café location. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. We are happy to work with you to find another convenient time. Please reach out to hello@eucka.com for assistance. Cancellation There is no cost to book or cancel a Meet & Greet. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another interested restaurant. Please reach out to hello@eucka.com for assistance. Waitlist If all Meet & Greet appointments are booked, you may join our waitlist. As appointments become available, restaurants will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. No Obligation Meeting with us does not commit you to becoming a restaurant partner. The Meet & Greet is simply an opportunity to learn about the Date Night Takeover experience, ask questions, explore partnership opportunities, and determine if it’s the right fit for your restaurant.
